Merits

All Merits out of the books listed can be picked for characters to be in play, but are subject to being denied due to there being a limit on how many of one or so Merits are in play. As to who has those Merits and how many is known to the ST's only, so please don't ask.

If you do not know what a merit does.. be prepared to research it before putting it on your sheet for aproval.
